Your new company
This niche Pharmaceutical Company focuses on creating botanical products from natural extracts. They create and manufacture products across the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry. Extracts are processed from specifically selected plants and botanical materials that create a variety of food and drink flavours. In the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry the natural finished products are in a range of dosage forms such as liquid and solid, they are manufactured in a GMP environment in their Luton site.

Your new role
Your new job role as QA Officer will be to ensure the safety, quality and release of API’s are in accordance with EU GMP standards. Products must be manufactured and released in line with GMP guidelines, this will be done through ensuring the QMS is used effectively. You will also be responsible for validation protocols, including cleaning, process and analytical validation methods. You will have responsibilities regarding CAPA’s, deviations and SOPs.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this QA Officer Job, you need to be educated to a degree level in a Life sciences subject or equivalent. Previous experience of working with QMS. Validation knowledge is needed, as well as auditing experience. Knowledge of GMP regulations and Lean/Six sigma is also required.
