Our client is looking to recruit a new Client Hospitality Coordinator on a 12 month part time fixed term contract. They are located in the heart of Central London, with a whole host of bars and restaurants just a stones throw from the office as well as great transport links. Making it an extremely attractive and enjoyable place to work. Their office is a gorgeous open planned modern office with a great social atmosphere, both in the office and out on social events. Due to a maternity leave they require a Client Hospitality Coordinator with an immediate start. Your main responsibilities will include:

- To provide an efficient and professional client entertainment, hospitality, membership and events service to the Firm, ensuring the provision of an exceptionally high standard of service.
- Management of the Firm’s hospitality memberships.
- Organising bespoke client entertaining and hospitality.
- Conducting external site visits.
- Provision of data, reports and management information to support the client hospitality budgeting process.
- To continuously oversee and support where necessary all Client Facilities and function areas, ensuring the desired service standards are maintained.

Successful candidates must have the following:

- A confident, proactive individual prepared to take a hands-on approach using their own initiative.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and spoken), working well within a team. A willingness to provide feedback, share information and contribute ideas and suggestions as necessary.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to build strong business relationships with internal and external clients and the resilience to deal with demanding individuals.
- Flexibility with hours if necessary to work when the firm requires it.

As this job is part time you will be required to work Wednesday - Friday and you may be asked to worked outside of the normal working hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm as overtime.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 pro rata!
